As a Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Natasha Zajmalowski ND believes in Proactive Healthcare – making positive and direct changes in the areas of your health over which you have control. Given that many medical conditions are preventable and controllable, every interaction with Dr. Natasha Zajmalowski ND includes support that addresses this simple fact: your health depends on your choices. Dr. Rena Citron DC

OUR TEAM

Dr. Citron received her designation of Doctor of Chiropractic in 2003 from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. She has a master certification in Active Release Technique (soft tissue therapy). In addition to adjustments and ART, Dr. Citron also performs Spidertaping and custom orthotic casting. She accepts work injury and car accident claims. As a past member of the UWO varsity cross country and track and field teams, Dr. Citron has a deep understanding of athletic injuries. As a mother of two, she understands the importance of being fit and healthy and treats a variety of patients from the young to the elderly; from those performing repetitive work to NHL athletes. Dr. Citron is accepting new patients at both the Windsor office (519 969 1119) and Chatham office (519 564 9840).

Manuel Guadario


Manuel is a qualified licensed healthcare practitioner multiple health and wellness fields. He attended three years at the University of Windsor with a major in sociology, followed by The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1994, fast tracking the program and finishing in 1995. In 1998, he graduated from the Academy of Traditional Acupuncture and received a fellowship in acupuncture. He also graduated from the Toronto School of Homeopathic Medicine in 1999. He is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.



Massage Therapist

Cheryl Putt


Cheryl is a licensed massage therapist registered with the Massage Therapist Association of Ontario. She loves people and learning about health and the body.  Being no stranger to sport injuries, health ailments and stressors in life, she believes therapeutic hands on massage, exercise and healthy eating habits are essential for mind, body and spirit. Cheryl is committed to expanding her education and has recently added hot stone massage and aromatherapy to her skill set.




Naturopathic Medicine

Dr. Karolina Jurkowski ND


Dr. Karolina Jurkowski is a Naturopathic Doctor and received her Bachelor of Science degree with Honours at the University of Windsor and completed her Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, ON.

Integrating a passion for health and medical training, Karolina works with patients by inspiring them to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing. She uses Clinical Nutrition, Lifestyle Counseling, Botanical Medicine, Physical Medicine, Homeopathy, Hydrotherapy, and Asian Medicine/Acupuncture in a variety of combinations and on a case-to-case basis.

Karolina has received additional training in Mindfulness-based techniques with Dr. Paul Epstein, Holistic Counseling techniques, Emunctorology, Environmental toxicity and Immunotoxicity with Dr. Walter Crinnion. She has also attended lectures on Mindbody medicine by Dr. Gabor Mate.

Working with Karolina will provide you with the health education and tools that will help you thrive. She is committed to empowering and supporting you on your health journey, regardless of where you are in the process right now.



Massage Therapist

Jennifer Astronomo, RMT


Jennifer is a Registered Massage Therapist, and a current member of RMTAO. Although Jennifer has a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in Manila, Philippines, her career led her to financial services where she mastered her people skills, her attention to details, and management skills. In 2012, she decided to follow her true calling which is to help people manage their pains and disabilities. She pursued her diploma in Massage Therapy and Hydrotherapy at CCHST, where she graduated and received the “Top Academic Student Award” in 2014.

Jennifer is very cheerful and compassionate in helping people meet their healthcare goals. Her skills include Swedish massage techniques for relaxation and therapeutic purposes, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Active Inhibition, Joint Mobilization and Therapeutic Exercises. She is dedicated to further her education in massage therapy to get the optimum treatment in a diverse clientele.
