3 cups fresh baby organic spinach
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
½ cup filtered water or almond, coconut or hemp milk
½ cup ice
1 tablespoon organic almond butter or organic almond butter
dash of cinnamon
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp raw sunflower seeds
1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
Blend everything except seeds. Pour into bowl and top with seeds.
