This is a great alternative to peanut butter for those with allergies.
2 cups of raw unsalted sunflower seeds, ground (use a coffee grinder or food processor)
1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup of maple syrup
1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
3 pinches of sea salt
Optional: 2 tbsp of cacao powder for a chocolate flavor
Combine all ingredients together. To make creamier add warm water to achieve desired consistency. Spread No Nut Butter onto slices of apple.
